First Monday was pleased to host the Honorable Liz Seman – Vice Chairman of Greenville County Council. Ms. Seman gave an insightful overview of what is happening at the County level with projects, funding, currents county needs, and upcoming development. Liz Seman has represented District 24 since 2008. In her time on County Council she chaired the Roads, Infrastructure and Public Works Committee and is Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.
