Please mark your calendar for our February 3rd meeting. First Monday is pleased to host Mr. Bryan Brown.

Bryan Brown is the president and CEO of the Greenville Housing Fund. He leads the organization’s efforts to champion the preservation and expansion of affordable housing options across Greenville through broad community engagement and advocacy for effective public policies.

The Greenville Housing Fund has three goals: serve as an advocate and champion for affordable housing in Greenville, invest in affordable housing development and preservation and acquire land to facilitate affordable housing development opportunities. Bryan Brown brings broad leadership experience to the Greenville Housing Fund from executive roles in the non-profit sector, where he spent many years advocating for funding, program standards, and legislation to improve service delivery to needy children and families.

Please note – No walk-ins will be seated for this meeting you must register. 2025 Membership is now open online (click the Membership tab at the top of the page and join us this year).

NOTE: the registration link will open one week before the meeting for members and will close Thursday at 11:00am for a final count. (note new closing time)

Location

First Monday is a luncheon (12-1pm) that meets at the Poinsett Club located on East Washington Street in historic downtown Greenville.
