First Monday was pleased to host SC Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate at our November meeting.
Alan Wilson was elected South Carolina’s 51st Attorney General in 2010, becoming the nation’s youngest Attorney General. As Attorney General, Alan has always focused on keeping South Carolina’s families safe, defending their freedoms, and protecting their futures. Mr. Wilson gave an overview of his ideas for the office of Governor and gave his credentials for the office he is seeking. He highlighted his work on behalf of SC both here at home and on the national stage. In his race for SC Governor, he has chosen six words for his campaign – Government should be: Responsible, Predictable, Accountable, Affordable, Profitable, and Stable.
